It’s been quite a long time, as I write this in March of 2018. But I felt it was time for me to get back to work and get back to blogging. The only question was what topic I was going to consider. Politics, I have done. You could also say I’m pretty much done with politics. So… I turned to something that I have been very concerned about lately: sleep. The depth of it, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome. If there is a sleep tick or syndrome, this blog is going to talk about it. There should be some excellent discussions to come, I’m sure, as so few of us have amazing sleeping lives, and there is always of course room for improvement.
